Most jewelry commercials follow the same formula. Start with an uncomfortably long gaze, sprinkle in a few coy smiles, then cap it off with a blindingly dazzling jewelry shot. Then just sit back and wait for your audience to puke. With this campaign, we changed that. Using only repurposed footage from a previous campaign, we rejuvenated the Zales name with contemporary music, type treatments, and a return to the tagline they never should have lost: The Diamond Store.
